Chipotle uses Tech to help open new location in 2010

Chipotle is using a new concept kitchen that has reduced the size of its kitchens. This will help the chain enter smaller markets (stores) and make a more speedy store opening process.

  1. This is a good article and a smart idea for chipotle to try and save money during this economy. I’m surprised that chipotles is planning to open up over 100 new locations this year and especially the way this economy is. It will help create more jobs but in the other hand they have to be sure there locations will make them a profit. It is also good that it will put a smaller footprint on the environment.
